How long can I keep the equipment?
We have daily and weekly rentals depends on what your needs are. Minimum period of rental is one day.
What identifications (or any requirements) do I need to be able to rent a Karaoke System?
We need proof of the all of the following: Valid California Driver License, a copy of a Utility Bill, and a deposit in the form of check.
Do I need to put security deposit to rent the System?
No deposit is required if the venue of the party is the primary residence of the Client and he or she can show a valid CA. Drivers License and a utility bill indicating the same address. For businesses and non-profit associations, no security deposit is required if Music Works can verify that the business is a legitimate business entity and the reservation made to the venue of the event can also be verified.
A security deposit in the amount of $500 can be made in the form of a check or Cash
and is refundable at the conclusion of the event. Check will not be cashed.
What liability do I have while I am in the possession of the equipment?
You are liable to loss and damages for any reason other than what are normally the cause of wear and tear of the equipment.
Do I need reservations?
Yes, especially for parties on weekends and national holiday weekends.
Is there any charge for delivery, set up and pick up?
Delivery, set up and pick up is free of charge if the venue of your party is located within 15 miles from our Buena Park main office OR at least 20 minutes drive from our Surrey B.C. office; otherwise, a fee is applicable. (Note: Use Yahoo Mapquest for mileage computation). Delivery, Set up and pick up fees schedule: Within 15 miles - Free; more than 15 miles but less than 30 miles - $35; More than 30 miles but less than 50 miles - $50.
Can I pick up the system and set it up myself?
No. Our staff must deliver, set up, provide training, and pick up the Karaoke System.
How will I operate the Karaoke system?
Our equipment are very user friendly and easy to operate. Also, free training and trouble shooting lecture will be provided.
What happen if, during the party, something goes wrong with the system?
We will do our best to coach you by phone to remedy any problem; however, if the problem is not resolved, we will come out to the location and fix the problem, or we will offer you a replacement.
How much you charge?
It may be depend on the Karaoke system you need and on the number of your expected guests. Our rates are as low as $ 95 up to $ 200 per day. For rates, please click Rentals.
Do I need to sign a Contract or Agreement?
Yes, a Contract will protect your interest as well as our Company's interest.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We gladly accept Cash or Check .
